Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SoloKeeper (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoloKeeper is an AI-powered financial coaching service delivered through Telegram. It helps you track expenses, generate PDF invoices, produce tax-ready reports, monitor savings goals, and build better financial habits based on proven principles. The Service is not a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or fiduciary.

3. Not Financial or Tax Advice

SoloKeeper provides educational financial coaching, not professional financial or tax advice. The information, suggestions, invoices, and tax summaries provided are for general guidance and convenience only. Tax reports generated by the Service are summaries based on data you provide — they are not tax filings and do not replace professional tax preparation. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional for decisions regarding investments, tax filings, or significant financial matters. We are not responsible for financial decisions or tax outcomes based on interactions with the Service.
