1. Who We Are

SoloKeeper (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI financial coaching service delivered through Telegram. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Waitlist sign-up: your email address.
• Telegram account: your Telegram user ID and display name when you interact with our bot.
• Financial data you share: expenses, income figures, and other financial information you voluntarily send through chat.
• Receipt images: photos you send for expense tracking, processed by AI and not stored after extraction.
• Invoice details: client names, amounts, and payment terms you provide for PDF invoice generation.
• Tax-related data: expense categories, deductible amounts, and income figures used to generate tax summaries and reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI financial coaching through Telegram.
• To track your expenses and savings goals as requested by you.
• To generate PDF invoices and tax summary reports on your behalf.
• To write data to your own Google Sheet (with your explicit OAuth consent).
• To send you waitlist updates and product announcements.
• To improve our service quality and fix issues.

4. Your Data Stays Yours

Your financial data is stored in a Google Sheet that you own. We access it only through OAuth 2.0 authorization that you can revoke at any time. If you disconnect SoloKeeper, your data remains in your Google account.

5. AI Processing

Your messages are processed by large language models (LLMs) to provide financial coaching. We do not use your personal financial data to train AI models. Conversations are processed in isolated per-user environments.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Telegram: message delivery (subject to Telegram's privacy policy).
• Google Sheets API: data storage in your account.
• OpenRouter: LLM API for AI processing.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.

7. Data Retention

We retain your Telegram user ID and preferences for as long as your account is active. Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Security

Each user runs in an isolated environment on our infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Revoke Google Sheets access at any time.
• Unsubscribe from communications.
• Export your data (it's already in your Google Sheet).
